Introducing Our New Contact-Free Collection and Delivery Service.

MRBEAMS.COM.AU is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of everyone visiting our premises. To help control the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented new methods for customers and contractors to collect orders during the ongoing global pandemic. Customers and furniture courier companies now have the option to pick up their orders from a secure, contactless collection point.

Customers who purchase online and pay through PayPal can text 0400041690 or email us at homelightingsolutions@gmail.com to request this new, contact-free service at no extra charge. We will arrange a convenient pickup day and time with the customer and securely store their order outside, undercover, just before their arrival. Upon arrival, customers must sign the collection slip and slide it under our front door before taking their order. Alternatively, we can load orders for customers while they wait safely and comfortably in their vehicle. This new contact-free service can also be applied to all local deliveries upon request.

Furniture courier companies and other third-party contractors picking up orders for customers will receive a one-time 4-digit passcode via text to access the secure pickup location. They must also fill out the collection slip and ensure the gates are locked upon departure.

Unlike conventional stores, our collection of antique, mid-century, and retro furniture is safely stored away from public view. Each piece is cleaned and sanitized before being made available, and all pre-purchase inspections are conducted one-on-one, adhering to proper social distancing protocols. Additionally, we provide complimentary alcohol-based hand sanitizer to all visitors.
