Everything functions just as it should. The original drawer runners in excellent condition. Very functional with lots of storage space. Use it as a desk with or without the hutch. The hutch sits on top and has dowels either side to keep it in place. A very well thought through, handmade piece (truly designed with the office worker in mind). Key shown in photos for display purposes only (No key included but easily sourced from your local locksmith). Locking system: with a single key turn, steel pins on either side interlock with the sides of the drawers.
