Four Matching, Mid Century Avalon Solid Blackwood Dining Chairs. Circa 1960-70. Made in Australia by Avalon furniture. Outstanding original condition, kept safe in storage for more than 40 years. The solid blackwood frames of all chairs are structurally as new, solid as a rock with no signs of weakening. Slight cosmetic wear and tear only. The original, high density foam cushions are free from sagging, holes, stains or tears. Perelli brand leather strapping under seats in great condition also. Contemporary mid-century style. Exceptionally comfortable design. Decoratively carved, Blackwood geometric panels to back. Very solid construction made to last a lifetime. Avalon Sofa and Armchairs also available in store.
