Mid Century Handmade Solid Oak Drop Front Cabinet with Atomic Legs.  Made by Dalziel & Mclean Pty. Ltd in the late 1940s, this rare and unique piece features;

Completely stripped back and refinished with three coats of oil based satin. Everything functions just as it should. A very well constructed, hand-made piece. The original drawers and runners are in excellent condition (like new) and open and close easily. Full hand-dovetailed drawers (all corners of drawers) with solid oak fronts and solid teak carcasses. Handy slide-out solid oak shelf between top drawer and drop front panel. Spotlessly clean inside drawers and no stains. Maker’s mark inside top drawer. `Suitable to use as a drinks cabinet or desk.
Dimensions (mm) 1200H x 610W x 310D or 640D with drop front panel down. The slide out shelf extends out 250mm. 
When in use the main drop front panel work surface is 860mm from the ground and the surface of the middle slide out panel is 820mm from the ground.
