The extension mechanism is in perfect working order and the hardwearing woodgrain veneered top and extension panels are in very nice original condition with minor cosmetic wear and tear. The two extension sleeves are free from scratches, dents, chips and stains. There are some slight (not very noticeable) surface marks to the central area of the main table top. The teak frame and legs have been sanded back and refinished with oil based satin polyurethane.
