M9035 – Restored Oak Mid Century Five Drawer Chest. Circa 1965. Made in Australia, this contemporary styled set of drawers features.
Solid Tasmanian Oak and Oak veneer construction.
Oil based polyurethane finish.
Five as new functioning dovetailed solid timber drawers.
Internally rebuilt (runners and side rails re-screwed and strengthened.
Mid-century modern design.
Original chrome plated, steel handles (Made by Turner Australia).
Solid and sturdy construction.
Timber crossmembers installed to the underside of the drawers to provide additional strength to the original drawer bases.
Fitted with anti-scratch pads. Finished with four coats of oil-based satin, this very function set is ready for the next generation. All drawers are clean inside and out, structurally excellent and have no pre-existing repairs. All five function seamlessly with no noticeable wear to the original drawer runners . Solid Tasmanian Oak plank top and drawer fronts in pristine condition with no obvious dents or imperfections (completely stripped back).
