Large Ralph Lauren Claw-Footed Solid Mahogany Extension Dining Table by Henredon. Made in North Carolina, this truly magnificent table was originally purchase from Ralph Lauren Furniture for over 20,000 USD. Superbly crafted, it features a flame walnut veneer inlay on the surface and two ornate carved wooden legs (each large leg is a solid piece). The legs feature ornate scrolling and acanthus detail, are connected by a spreader bar, and rest on claw feet. The table is supported by two cast steel extension arms. Solid brass locks and hinges securely lock the sleaves together when joined. Two solid mahogany extension leaves included. 1240mm wide, it extends in second from 2080mm (first images) to 3030mm long (last images). The table’s top has been very well looked after and has no dents, chips or obvious scratches. Some minor scuff marks consistent with use. One of the extension leaves has a couple of minor chips and scratches. Please note, it is extremely heavy.
