Fabulously Large Mid Century Leather Suede Arm Chair. Circa 1960. Professionally refurbished less than 16 months ago for $950. Commercial grade full leather suede upholstery and new high tensile springs to the base and back. All new high density foam padding. Original hardwood frame. Exceptionally comfortable to sit on. The leather suede upholstery is in very good condition and is free from holes, sagging and tears. Some minor wear and tear to the top rear back corners of chair (small hole on right side has been sewed and slight abrasion on left side corner - refer to last two images). Perfect for a bedroom or sitting room. The item is quite heavy and will require two people to take it away.
