Thoroughly overhauled by the MRBEAMS.COM.AU team, this beautifully crafted Victorian chest has been carefully restored and internally rebuilt. It features new hardwood runners and a traditional hand-applied French polish, preserving its period character while ensuring smooth, reliable functionality.

Restoration and condition:
The mahogany plank sides, top and drawer fronts are in very good cosmetic condition, with no cracks to the main external surfaces. All five drawers have been completely rebuilt, re-glued and re-nailed. They sit straight and flush and operate smoothly on their new hardwood runners. New drawer rail overlays have been installed throughout the drawer cavities, with the rails re-glued and secured where necessary. Overall, this is a well-crafted and carefully restored piece with excellent period character.
