A9115- Restored Golden Maple & Cedar Seven Drawer Tallboy. Circa 1900. Freshly overhauled and ready for the next century of use, this timeless example features. 
Solid Maple and Cedar construction.
Traditional hand French polish and beeswax finish.
Seven rebuilt, as new functioning hand-dovetailed drawers.
All new drawer runners (all drawers).
Turned Maple handles in pristine condition (complete with original wooden screws). 
Original brass drawer locks and escutcheon/keyholes.
New hardwood drawer rail overlays (where required) 
All new drawer stops
Replacement drawer guides. 
Original, turned legs fitted with anti-scratch pads.
Another solid set from the Victorian era with relatively minimal cosmetic wear and tear for its age. All seven drawers have been rebuilt (re-guled and re-nailed), sit straight and flush and have had their original bases refitted. Additional crossmembers installed to the large drawers to provide added load bearing strength. Where showing wear (large drawers) new hardwood overlays have been installed to the internal drawer rails. All drawer rails have been reglued and re-nailed. One of the original drawer guides has been replaced and the remaining re-nailed.  The external surfaces (plank top, sides and drawer fronts) have minor distressed elements consistent with age. All the original tongue and groove backboards are in excellent condition.
