A9032 - Restored Australian Cedar Chest. Victorian Era. Circa 1890. Freshly French polished and fitted with new drawer runners, this charming old tallboy from the late 1800s features.

Solid Australian Cedar construction.

Traditional, shellac and beeswax polish.

Another very functional set of drawers from the late Victorian era. All drawers are structurally sound (re-glued, strencgthened and re-nailed where necessary), sit nicely and open and close seamlessly. Some repairs carried out to the drawers, including non-original replacement drawer bases to the bottom three drawers (strengthening carried to the undersides), corners of the drawer fronts and drawer carcases (sides and back). New, non-original, replacement tonge and groove back boards installed.
