A very elegantly designed chest, featuring its original antique screw in, sandwich glass handles in pristine condition (no chips or cracks). The external Mahogany surfaces are in lovely condition with no major imperfections. The original drawers are nice and clean inside (no stains), sit straight and flush and open and close perfectly (like new). New hardwood runners installed to the two bottom drawers (required). All are solid and sturdy and have been rebuilt, reglued, renailed and realigned where required. Original backing boards in good order. Highly manoeuvrable.
