Four seamlessly functioning, hand dovetailed drawers.
Original drawer pulls.
All original brass drawer locks and large escutcheon inserts.
New runners to all drawers. Lovely patina and woodgrain figuring.
Decorative plinth base.
Solid and sturdy construction.
 
Another uncommon design from the depression era (1920s - 30s). Handmade using a combination of Cedar and Red Pine, typical of furniture made during this period. All drawers are nice and solid, have been rebuilt, re-glued, re-nailed and reinforced from underneath. All sit straight and function smoothly on their new runners. Cosmetically very good with no major dents to the external surfaces.
