Overall a highly function and structurally sound piece well suited to everyday use. The original drawers are clean inside, very solid, sit straight and flush and open and close like new. The bottom drawer has undergone a rebuilt at some point in its life. Nice and strong drawer bases. Cosmetically very good for its age. The original tongue and groove backboards are in perfect order (last image).
