A8035 – Restored Victorian Mahogany Chest of Four Drawers. Circa 1900. Fitted with new hardwood drawer guides and runner and hand finished with a traditional French polish, this lovely piece boasts;
Solid Mahogany construction.
Solid and sturdy fabrication.
Traditional high gloss shellac finish. 
Four exceptionally smooth functioning, hand-dovetailed drawers
Original turned cedar handles with wooden screws.
Original brass drawer locks and keyholes.
New hardwood drawer runners. 
Spotlessly clean inside drawers.
Original turned legs. 
Two lockable top drawers (no key included).
This gorgeous cabinet is structurally excellent and well equipped for everyday use. In particular, all drawers are function exceptionally smooth and quiet and sit perfectly flush. The internal surfaces of the drawers have been painted (oil based enamel), and the bases lined with floral motif contact. The drawer front and turned handles are pristine original condition.
